Can I return a product if I change my mind?
We guarantee the products you purchase from Pifferia will be of high quality and dispatched in good condition. Still, there are times when you may want to return the products. At Pifferia, we provide a 14-day return policy. Products that are not wanted or incorrectly ordered can be returned to Pifferia within 14 days and will incur restocking fees, return shipping fees, and handling fees, if any. These fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you
For pre-ordered products (produced after receiving the order and distributed soon after):
If your order is part of a pre-order, the change-of-mind return will incur a 50% restocking fee.
For standard products:
The change-of-mind return will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Who pays for change-of-mind return shipping?
We will not reimburse shipping costs for products found to be in good working order. Suppose the delivery company charges us any return shipping costs and handling fees under the circumstances that items were not delivered because the recipient could not be reached or was unwilling to pay import tax. In that case, we will deduct these fees from the total refund amount.
What if I receive faulty or wrong products?
If you receive faulty or wrong products, you can send them back to us for product exchange within 14 days. We will provide a free return label for returning the product.
How do you classify faulty products?
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault becomes apparent within 14 days of purchase. Please note that damages caused by human factors, wear, and tear, misuse of the product, unauthorized alteration, or change of parts or components of the product are not considered faulty.
Do I have to return my products in their original packaging?
Yes. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit. Returned products should not be missing parts or damaged for reasons, not due to our error.
What happens if I return my product late?
Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Pifferia.
How to return my product?
To return goods, you will need to:
Ensure that your products meet the return requirements listed above. Send an email to info@pifferia.com detailing the reason for your return. Please include your full contact details and purchase information, including invoice number, P.O. number, and date purchased. If your product is faulty, please provide photos of the product and details of the fault to us.
Wait for a reply email from Pifferia giving you approval. Please write down the supplied 'Returns Authority' number on a copy of the invoice of the products and include this with your return.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you send your products in their original packaging via mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance coverage. Pifferia will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost products during a return.
How will I be refunded?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting returned products within five business days.
Your product must be in the original packaging and not missing parts to be eligible for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Should you return products purchased using a promotional code, discount, or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount, or offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. We will also exclude the restocking fee (with the exception of faulty products) and the cost of return delivery if any.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or be returned to your PayPal account. Please note that due to individual issuers' varying processing times, card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
