1. 14-Day Global Return Policy
At Pifferia (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), we offer a unified 14-day return policy for all customers worldwide. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as presented during the checkout process.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns & Restocking Fees
If you wish to return a product due to a "Change-of-Mind," the following costs will be deducted from your refund to cover outbound logistics, technical re-inspection, and administrative processing:
- Standard Products: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted. This covers the original outbound shipping costs (FedEx) and the technical labor involved in re-testing the unit.

Pre-ordered & Made-to-Order Products: A 50% restocking fee will apply.
Detailed Note: These items are manufactured or specially procured only after an order is placed. This 50% fee accounts for the dedicated factory production scheduling, specialized labor allocation, and material procurement that cannot be reversed once the production process has been initiated for your specific order.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we provide a return label to facilitate the process, the actual cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Item Condition & Diminished Value Assessment
To receive a standard refund (minus the fees above), items should ideally be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Opened or Used Items: If an item is returned opened, used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct an additional fee to account for the Diminished Value of the product. This fee is independent of the standard restocking fee and is determined based on a professional assessment of the item's condition upon arrival.
4. Quality Commitment: Full Refund for Faulty Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, we take full responsibility for its resolution at no cost to you.
- Our Faulty Product Guarantee: If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is verified by our technical team, you will receive a 100% Full Refund or exchange. In these cases, no restocking fees or shipping costs will be applied. We cover the entire logistics cost.

Technical Inspection & Exclusions: To ensure an objective resolution, all "faulty" returns undergo a professional performance test. A full refund guarantee does not apply if the technical assessment determines the following:
- The Unit is Functional: The product performs according to manufacturer specifications, and the reported issue is due to external setup, compatibility, or user error.
- User-Induced Damage: The product shows signs of physical impact (drops), liquid spills, misuse, or power surges.
- Unauthorized Alterations: The product has been tampered with, including changing internal parts, components, or firmware.
Outcome for Non-Warranty Cases: If any of the above conditions are met, the return will be processed under our standard Change-of-Mind policy. This means the cost of the return shipping label, the applicable restocking fee (20% or 50%), and any diminished value fees will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Taxes, Duties, & Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Import Duties & Local Taxes: Any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes paid at the time of import are collected by your local government. We do not receive these funds and are unable to refund them. You may need to contact your local customs office to inquire about tax reclamation for returned goods.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for return approval and instructions. Once approved, securely pack and send the return to:
PifferiaLogistics Requirements: If you choose to arrange your own return shipping instead of requesting a label from us, the return must be sent via a trackable shipping service. For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Refund Process & Notification
- Receipt & Inspection: Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification. Our technical team will inspect the products and notify you of the approval, rejection, or any applicable deductions within 5 business days (GMT+8).
- Refund Timeline: Once the final refund amount is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
- Promotions & Discounts: Promotional codes, discounts, or offers are non-refundable. Only the actual amount paid will be considered for refund, minus applicable fees.
- Payment Method: Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
