What does the warranty cover?

100% of our stock is supplied by authorized distributors or manufacturers with full Taiwan local warranty. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, customers may make a warranty claim through us or contact the distributors or manufacturers directly for repairing or replacing the product with a similar product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty periods of different products may vary. Typically 1 year or 2 years from date of purchase.

How to make a warranty claim?

Some of the brands we carry provide international warranty. You may contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims. Nevertheless, you may go through us for warranty claims as well. If you want us to handle the claim, please send the faulty products back to us and email us your full contact details and purchase information to info@pifferia.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
