How much will my order cost to send?

Pifferia provides FREE shipping.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order, we will send two emails. One email will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second email will tell you when your order is being shipped.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

For pre-ordered products:
If your order is part of a pre-order, the products will be produced after receiving the order. Depending on the products, the preparation time may take from 14 to 90 days. Once completed, the order will soon be shipped.

For standard products:
We aim to ship all available stock within 3 business days from Taiwan upon receiving your order.

We use FedEx as primary delivery options and EMS/UPS/DHL/OCS as secondary options. The average arrival time of your order will be 4-14 days, depending on your location. Please note that public holidays and busy shopping periods may affect delivery times.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

We ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or products that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Who pays for customs fees?

When an item ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country (e.g., handling fees). These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. We cannot predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied. Therefore, the buyer will be responsible for additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
