How much will my order cost to send?

Pifferia provides FREE shipping. Duties & import taxes included (from Sep 15, 2026) — no surprise fees on delivery.

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order, we will send two emails. One email will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second email will tell you when your order is being shipped.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

For standard products:
We aim to ship all available stock within 3 business days from Taiwan upon receiving your order.

We use FedEx as primary delivery options and EMS/UPS/DHL/OCS as secondary options. The average arrival time of your order will be 4-14 days, depending on your location. Please note that public holidays and busy shopping periods may affect delivery times.

For pre-ordered products:
If your order is part of a pre-order, the products will be produced after receiving the order. Depending on the products, the preparation time may take from 14 to 90 days. Once completed, the order will soon be shipped.

Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

We ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or products that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Are duties and import taxes included?

Yes. For orders placed on or after September 15, 2026, at 00:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8), our prices include applicable import duties, import taxes, and standard customs clearance fees for the shipping destination selected at checkout.

These orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We arrange payment of these charges, so you will not be asked to pay additional duties, import taxes, or standard customs clearance fees to receive your order. No separate import-charge payment is required at checkout or upon delivery.

If a carrier requests payment of any of these charges, please contact us at info@pifferia.com before paying so we can resolve the request.

Customs authorities or the carrier may still require identification, a tax identification number, or other information from you to complete clearance. Please respond promptly to avoid delivery delays.

Orders placed before the effective date remain subject to the shipping and tax terms agreed at the time of purchase.
