  1. Log in (Email, Google, or Facebook).
  2. Add items to your cart โ†’ go to checkout.
  3. At checkout, view your available store credit and check Use store credit to apply it.
  • No limit: Store credit can cover up to 100% of your order.
  • Partial usage:
    • If your balance โ‰ฅ order total โ†’ order becomes US$0, remaining credit stays in your account.
    • If your balance < order total โ†’ the system uses all available credit; you pay the difference.

๐Ÿท๏ธ Using Store Credit with Discount Codes

You can combine store credit and discount codes at checkout. The discount code is applied first, then store credit is deducted.

After logging in, go to your Profile to view:

  • Available store credit balance
  • Credit earning and usage history
  • Issue and expiration dates for each credit

  • Store credit earned from order rewards is valid for one year from the issue date (then expires automatically).
  • Store credit can only be used on our sites and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
  • You must be logged into your member account to use store credit at checkout.

๐Ÿงพ Guest Checkout (Without Login)

If you check out without logging in, it will be processed as a guest checkout. Because the system cannot link your order to a member account, store credit will not be automatically awarded.

If you later find missing credit, please email your order number and registered email address. We can manually issue the corresponding store credit based on your order record.
