The O400 project began when ORIVETI started the product validation review of the O800. The goal of this project was to provide the high resolution and dynamic sound characteristics of ORIVETI's new O series reference IEMs at a more affordable price. To achieve this, ORIVETI leveraged the expertise gained during the development of the flagship O800 to create the O400.
High-Dynamic Lively Sound: With the extended development time of the O800, the O400's development has also fully matured, achieving high-resolution, high-density sound with perfect balance and dynamics. The O400's sound is very natural, bringing music very close to the listener, making them forget they are listening through IEMs. It provides an immersive experience similar to listening to recordings in a large studio.
Exclusive 4-Driver Units: Among the four BA driver units used in the O400, three are from Knowles, and one is custom-designed based on the experience gained from the O800. ORIVETI carefully selected, designed, and screened all driver units in the O400, achieving perfection in ultra-low frequency, mid-low frequency, mid-high frequency, and treble with the combination of new and Knowles driver units.
Precise Crossover Network: The O400 uses an innovative four-way crossover network. Through precise design, the crossover network perfectly realizes the sound designed by ORIVETI.
Handcrafted Resin Shell: The shell of the O400 is based on the new shell shape of the O800. It is meticulously handcrafted by qualified engineers.
Handcrafted 8-Core Silver-Plated Copper Braided Cable: Oriveti's 8-wire silver-plated copper cable is made of high-quality, low-impedance wires to prevent loss caused by the cable. ORIVETI uses a 0.78mm 2-pin connector, which is more durable and versatile than MMCX.
AZLA SednaEarfit™ Xelastec: In addition to bullet-shaped ear tips, bowl-shaped ear tips, dual-flange ear tips, and foam ear tips, ORIVETI also offers AZLA's SednaEarfit™ Xelastec ear tips. Xelastec ear tips provide a custom IEM-like fit with an automatic adaptation system based on the user's body temperature.
