The Dark 5N IEM cable is crafted from 5N single-crystal OFC material, ensuring superior signal transmission. To reduce interference, the midsection of the cable integrates a ferrite core that absorbs and suppresses high-frequency noise from electronic devices like players or mobile phones. Designed with softness in mind, the cable minimizes the stethoscope effect during use for a more comfortable experience. It offers moderate vocal positioning, a spacious soundstage, and a solid, powerful low-end. The Dark 5N also includes heat-shrink tubing for over-the-ear wearing, ensuring a secure and ergonomic fit.

Cable Materials:

• Core Material: Power Praise custom-made 5N single-crystal oxygen-free copper wire core. 
• Structure: Ultra-soft PVC outer layer covering → Multi-strand shielding → Ultra-soft PVC insulation → Dual-track parallel multi-strand core
• Length: The total cable length used is 130cm; after double twist weaving (including the connector) and finished assembly, the final cable length is about 120cm.
  
• Solder: Adopts Danish Duelund 96.5% tin / 3.5% silver solder in the assembly process. Duelund is well-known for its high-end audio materials and craftsmanship. Its solder provides superior conductivity and corrosion resistance, has minimal impact on signal transmission quality, and enhances the stability and durability of solder joints.
• Ferrite Core: Used to absorb and suppress high-frequency noise from electronic devices (such as players or mobile phones), ensuring that the high-frequency performance of the cable remains smooth without harsh noise. The effect is more pronounced with IEMs that have lower impedance.
• Softness: The cable is extremely soft, minimizing the stethoscope effect during use.
• Ear Hook: The cable comes with an ear hook, which can be reshaped using a hair dryer if you prefer not to have the ear hook design.

Sound Quality Analysis:

• Vocal and Instrument Extension: Excellent extension and spacious. The bass is solid and enveloping, with good depth, suitable for most music genres.
• Sound Layering: Rich and detailed.
• Transient response: Moderate speed, preventing instrument sounds from merging together at faster tempos.
• Vocal Position: Centered, not too forward.
• Recommended for: Those looking to enhance bass volume and spatial sense while maintaining good vocal and instrument performance.
• Run-In Period: Recommended to run in for over 100 hours to achieve more refined and rich sound layering.
