DIY Earphone Series That Lets You Find Your Own Sound

About the MAKE Series

To make it easier to distinguish between left and right, the shaft colors are gray on one side and red on the other. You can check the shaft color by slightly rolling up the ear tip, making it easier to distinguish left from right even in dimly lit places.

The MAKE series was planned based on the experience of the popular earphone assembly experience events that have attracted 5,000 people. While the main focus of these events was earphone assembly, introducing sound tuning methods using parts like filters became popular, evolving into events focused on tuning.

When you find your own sound, you start hearing sounds you hadn't noticed before. You can feel depth and space, and your favorite songs bring new emotions. It's a completely new music experience that becomes a lifelong asset in listening to music.

We started the Make project to let more people experience this. MAKE1 offers 77 sound variations, MAKE2 and 3 offer 847, and MAKE4 offers over 9,317 variations that you can tune yourself.

New Dynamic Driver Unit "f-Core for MAKE"

This model uses a single dynamic driver. To create earphones that can detect and feel subtle changes in sound quality through tuning, a driver unit with extremely high precision in sound pressure frequency characteristics is necessary. We developed the new "f-Core for MAKE" based on the previous "f-Core" series, achieving ultra-low distortion.

New "MAKE Dial" Mechanism

You can tune the sound by turning the "MAKE Dial" on the back without disassembling the earphone body or changing filters. Turning the dial clockwise emphasizes lower frequencies, while counterclockwise emphasizes higher frequencies.

Easily Removable Screw-type Sound Tube

The sound tube part is easily removable with a screw-type design. You can enjoy tuning using D filters (10 types of different densities) on the outside and inside of the sound tube, and E filters (6 types of different densities) inside the sound tube.

9,317 Sound Quality Options

You can enjoy tuning by changing filters in three places on the sound tube part and the F filter (10 types of different densities) in the vent at the bottom of the housing. There are 9,317 possible sound quality combinations with filters alone, and even more when combined with the MAKE dial tuning.

Stainless Steel Housing

The housing is made of stainless steel with a mirror finish.

2-Pin OFC Black Cable

Adopts a 2-Pin connector, compatible with recabling. The cable uses a soft and flexible coating material.

Original Ear Tips with Different Shaft Colors

Uses two types of silicone materials with different hardness for the sound tube part and the part that touches the ear. Comes in 5 sizes: SS/S/M/L/LL.

MMCX ASSIST for Easy Cable Attachment/Detachment

MAKE4 is compatible with MMCX ASSIST, which makes it easier to attach and detach cables.

Aging

Aging refers to the phenomenon where sound changes after a certain period of use. For this product, it takes about 150-200 hours of normal use for the sound quality to reach its intended design.
